Nexora Labs ("we", "us", or "our") is an Australian software development studio. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect only the information needed to run our business and deliver our services:

  • Contact information — your name, email address, and company details when you contact us by email or engage us for a project.
  • Project materials — documents, data, designs, or other materials you provide to us for the purpose of delivering agreed work.
  • Server logs — our hosting provider may record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, which we may access in aggregate for security and reliability purposes.

This website does not set cookies, does not include third-party analytics or advertising scripts, and does not use tracking technologies of any kind.

3. How we collect information

We collect personal information directly from you — through email correspondence, project discussions, and the performance of contracts. We do not buy personal information from third parties.

4. Why we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to enquiries and communicate about proposals and projects;
  • deliver contracted services and provide support;
  • issue invoices and maintain business records; and
  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including taxation requirements.

5. Disclosure of information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that are necessary to operate our business — such as website hosting, email, and accounting services. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia; where that occurs, we take reasonable steps consistent with APP 8 to ensure your information is handled in accordance with the APPs. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.

8. Complaints

If you believe we have breached the APPs or mishandled your personal information, please contact us first at contact@nexoralabs.com.au and we will investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) atoaic.gov.au.
